In its second global survey, Cannon Hygiene continues to consistently rank highly with its customers. Showing a slight increase on a similar survey in 2011, customers rated Cannon Hygiene as follows:
• 94% of customers agreed that Cannon Hygiene provides them with value for money
• 92% agreed Cannon Hygiene understands its customers needs;
• 93% of customers said they trust Cannon Hygiene to do the right thing at all times;
• 93% said Cannon Hygiene will always act in the customer’s best interest.
In addition, an overwhelming majority of customers said Cannon Hygiene was the best and/or better than most other suppliers.
The research was carried out amongst Cannon Hygiene’s customers in Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, South Africa, Thailand and the United Kingdom towards the end of 2013.
